Levitt Arlington fall concert and event series kicks off Labor Day Weekend

This Labor Day weekend, free live music returns to Downtown Arlington with a three-night concert lineup launching the fall series of the Levitt Arlington 2025 season.

The kickoff on Friday, August 29 features Grammy-winning ‘nuclear polka’ legends Brave Combo, plus a performance by singer-songwriter and Levitt favorite Joseph Fisher-Schramm as well as a new event:  Steins Under the Stars, a German-themed celebration presented with the Sister Cities Germany Committee of Arlington and supported by First Rate Living.

The music continues Saturday, August 30, with The Rosemont Kings, an Oak Cliff-originating nine-piece R&B/soul/funk band, followed on Sunday, Aug. 31 by headliners The Latin Breed with Conjunto Baraja de Oro, an award-winning Tejano ensemble from Waxahachie. Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital Arlington continues as the Levitt’s 2025 season sponsor.

Other noteworthy dates on the Levitt’s fall calendar include tribute performances by Strangelove on Saturday, September 6, Infinite Journey on Saturday, September 13, and Hard Nights Day on Friday, October 3.

Additional highlights include Little Joe y La Familia headlining the Hispanic Heritage Celebration on Sat., Oct. 4, and the Asian Heritage Celebration on Saturday, October 11, featuring music, food, and traditional dance performances.

The season finale is Do Good Fest Texas® on Saturday, October 18, a 90s throwback benefit concert presented by National Life Group and featuring Collective Soul with Tonic and Fastball. This special ticketed event requires a minimum $10 donation, with proceeds supporting Tarrant Area Food Bank to help end childhood hunger in our community.

Come Early, Stay Late

Levitt shows aren’t just about the music—they’re about the full Downtown Arlington experience. With so many concerts starting around 7:30 p.m., it’s the perfect excuse to make a night of downtown exploring.

Start your evening with a local brew or pre-show cocktail at one of the many local bars and pubs on our online registry or try out a few retro arcade games at Cidercade. You can also enhance your artistic evening by experiencing the Downtown Arlington Mural Walk.

After the show, refuel at legendary local spots like J. Gilligan’s, home of the world-famous Irish Nachos, or grab a late-treat from Insomnia Cookies.

New This Fall

The Levitt is introducing its first-ever gospel music event—Levitt Lifted: Praise & Worship Night with Caleb & John and Odell Bunton, Jr.. On Thursday, September 11, the Levitt will host a 9/11 Tribute Concert with American Soldier – A Toby Keith Tribute, featuring an opening ceremony honoring first responders and service members.

Then on Thursday, September 18, the Levitt debuts the first-ever National Preparedness Month Event, presented with the City of Arlington and the University of Texas at Arlington and organizations across DFW, offering resources, stage presentations, and an outdoor screening of the new movie Twisters.

“Since its conception, the Levitt Pavilion has been a remarkable venue bringing high-quality talent to the Arlington community,” said Maggie Campbell, President and CEO of Downtown Arlington. “I look forward to the coming season and seeing large groups of families and friends walking through the streets of downtown with their blankets, baskets, and lawn chairs for an unforgettable night under the stars.”

The Levitt’s fall series will also see the return of the popular Levitt Livestream, which brings select concerts to audiences at home via Facebook and YouTube, as well as the continuation of the Levitt Youth Spotlight, showcasing promising young artists from the Arlington area.

“This fall we’re presenting one of our most eclectic seasons yet, featuring new events like Steins Under the Stars and Levitt Lifted as well as the return of signature celebrations like Hispanic Heritage and Asian Heritage, plus plenty of nostalgia with tribute concerts and the 90s throwback Do Good Fest,” said Letatia Teykl, the Levitt’s executive director. “We can’t wait to watch the Levitt lawn once again come alive with music, memories, and community spirit.”

How to rock the Levitt:  The Levitt is located at 100 W. Abram St. in Founders Plaza, across from City Hall and adjacent to the UT Arlington campus. Free parking is available at nearby city and Downtown Arlington lots. Open seating is available for all concerts and events. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets; seating is also available on the low brick wall on the south side of the lawn, as well as the steps of Arlington City Hall. Early arrival for shows featuring high-profile artists is encouraged. Paid concessions are offered at each event via the Levitt food truck fleet, and pop-up shopping is available on select nights.
