Downtown Arlington Sales Center

Along with our new office location comes the brand new Downtown Arlington Sales Center! This dedicated space is ONLY available for downtown property owners, developers and economic development prospects to utilize for meetings, conferences and presentations.  

The office is available for reservations from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Other times must be confirmed by emailing ella@downtownarlington.org.

Amenities

A large, custom meeting table (10 chairs at the table and four extra chairs), retractable shades and an 85-inch Smart TV with wireless casting are all available within the Sales Center. The room is free to utilize, and complimentary water bottles and a Keurig machine are available for each meeting. 

Catering is available at an additional cost. The catering can be from any business of your choosing, but it MUST be a Downtown Arlington restaurant. Click here to view downtown restaurant options.

Please prepare and print any documents you plan to use during the meeting ahead of time. We have some basic office supplies available for use if needed, but please bring any specific supplies you expect to need.

Booking

Meetings must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. If the meeting time you are looking for is not available, call 817-303-2800 to see if your meeting can be accommodated for or we will help you find a different location. 

After you book your meeting through the booking page, you will receive an initial confirmation email meaning we received your request to book. If you fit the criteria for this room, we will send you a follow-up confirmation email meaning you are then confirmed for your selected day and meeting time. If you do not fit the criteria, you will receive a cancellation email.
