Featured Event: Fire Performances with Radiant Solz

Prepare for an evening of heat and high energy! We are excited to bring Radiant Solz to Rotary DREAM Park for a series of breathtaking fire shows. This captivating performance is set to feature fire breathing, unique large-scale props, and dramatic special effects like lycopodium flares. 

  • Show Times: 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM, and 7:30 PM (30-minute sets) 
  • Location: Rotary DREAM Park (100 E Front St. 76011)
  • Cost: Free! 

Known for their "enchanting and high-octane" displays, Radiant Solz blends dance and circus arts into an unforgettable spectacle.  

Featured Attraction: Live Pumpkin Art Build at City Hall

Witness a massive Live Pumpkin Art Build designed by MESA Architecture Group using pumpkins generously provided by Green’s Produce. All along the steps of City Hall, you can watch as this incredible, temporary sculpture takes shape. 

Want to be part of the build? We need volunteers for lifting and setting up the pumpkins throughout the day! 

Featured Attraction: Free Community Face Painting (Sponsored by Mathnasium)


Bring the kids by City Center Plaza in front of the Downtown Library for FREE face painting, sponsored by Mathnasium! While you're there, stop by the Mathnasium table to spin their prize wheel for fun giveaways like sunglasses, pencils, and candy.

Featured Event: Community Run with Run O’Clock Run Club

Get moving this November! Downtown Arlington is thrilled to feature Run O'Clock as our First Thursdays highlighted attraction. Following the official Downtown Arlington Paths program running track, this community run is designed for every runner, walker, and mover.

Run O'Clock's community is built to welcome every pace, every background, and every level of experience, focusing on creating a supportive, inclusive space where movement feels fun, motivating, and community-driven. Whether participants are just starting out or looking for a group to stay consistent, there are always people cheering them on. Their goal is to make everyone feel seen, supported, and excited to return!

Featured Event: Downtown Lens Photo Walk with Arlington Camera

Join Arlington Camera for a "Downtown Lens" photowalk during November First Thursdays. Explore the district and capture the art, people, and unique details that make our community special. Whether you are using a professional DSLR or a smartphone, this event is open to all ages and skill levels.

Photo Contest: Share your best shots on Instagram by tagging @ArlingtonCamera and @dtarlington and using the hashtag #ArlingtonCameraFirstThursdays for a chance to win a prize. The winner will be announced on November 13th.

Arlington Amplified presents: Street Sounds

This First Thursday, Downtown Arlington comes alive with the sounds of local DFW musicians, thanks to our partnership with Arlington Amplified! From 5-8 PM, talented buskers will fill the streets with their music, creating a unique and engaging cultural experience. Join us in supporting the thriving arts community of North Texas and discover your new favorite artist!

Irish Sessions with Symphony Arlington

Feeling lucky? We sure are! Join us as Marina Dichenko and Nick Kohn with Symphony Arlington take the open mic stage at Division Brewing for Irish Sessions. Prepare to be transported as you enjoy a spirited evening of beer, pizza, and traditional Irish music.

  • Cafe Americana: "Candlelight Concerts" - Every first Thursday of the month, Cafe Americana transforms into an intimate, candlelit sanctuary. Framed by cascading plants and moving artwork, our bohemian stage hosts the raw, soulful storytelling of local indie-folk duos and traveling Americana balladeers. It is the perfect hidden escape for artists, dreamers, and music lovers alike.Sip on craft elixirs, eclectic wines, or late-night espresso as you sink into a velvet couch and lose yourself in the music.
