Levitt Pavilion Arlington is proud to present “Stars, Stripes and Remembrance,” a 9/11 memorial concert featuring country music superstar Lee Greenwood, famous for his three-time chart-topper “God Bless the U.S.A” and other hits. The evening will begin with a patriotic program at 6 p.m. honoring first responders and members of the military, followed by a 7 p.m. opening performance from country/retro rocker Deana Carter (“Strawberry Wine”). Lee Greenwood takes the stage at 8:30 p.m.
A ticket purchase is required for “Stars, Stripes, and Remembrance.” General/reserved seating and concessions will be available; no lawn chairs or coolers are permitted for ticketed shows. Proceeds benefit the Levitt’s free music series, which offers 50 free outdoor concerts each season. **The 9/11 concert is sponsored by: Amegy Bank; Candlelite Inn – Bonnie and Alan Petsche; and Texas Health Resources – Arlington Memorial Hospital**
