State of Downtown
The Downtown Arlington Master Plan was adopted in 2018 by the City of Arlington, providing a roadmap and shared vision for Downtown Arlington’s future. This Plan guides our day-to-day efforts of providing liaison services between developers, businesses and the City of Arlington, and helps us determine priorities and opportunities that align with market demand and investor interest.
Key metrics are updated quarterly, tracking the value and investments being made in Downtown Arlington. With a focus on placemaking, Downtown Arlington offers meaningful support to commercial property owners and businesses that want to collaborate on business promotions, public space activation, and physical improvements to the area.
