Come explore with your little one during this mommy and me yoga class held at Legal Draft Beer Co.. We will move, sing, play and relax. Yoga for toddlers is great for developing fine and gross motor skills, aids in socialization, and creates a parent and child connection. After class, stick around and enjoy a sweet treat from Sugar Bee Bakery and connect with other mamas! The price of the ticket includes a yoga class and a dessert from Sugar Bee Bakery. This class is intended for children 12 months to 4 years old. $25 for one parent-child combo. $5 for each additional child.
This class will be taught by Mareesa Brooke Yoga. Mareesa is a certified yoga teacher who holds classes for all ages. She strives to create community through yoga and mindful living with hopes to make yoga more accessible for families in Arlington, TX.
