Shakespeare LIVE To Present Macbeth Halloween Weekend

Arlington, Texas – June 18, 2026 – Shakespeare LIVE is excited to announce its sophomore production of Shakespeare’s most iconic tragedy, Macbeth, on Halloween weekend. Performances will take place Thursday, Friday, and Saturday October 29-31, 2026 from 7:00-10:00 pm at the famed outdoor theatre, Levitt Pavilion in Arlington. Co-directed by father-daughter team Raphael Parry and Claire Parry, this spooky show is free to attend. Picnic blankets, chairs, outside food, beer and wine is allowed. There will also be food trucks on site.
Also known as “The Scottish Play,” this Shakespearean tragedy kicks off with the prophecy of three witches telling a Scottish general that he will someday become King of Scotland, resulting in Macbeth murdering the king and taking his place. Consumed by guilt, Macbeth descends into paranoia and madness. IJ Gordon and Nicole Delarosa star as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth.
