WNBA Dallas Wings Announce Schedule for Fourth Season in Downtown Arlington

After making an appearance in the 2018 WNBA Playoffs, the Dallas Wings recently announced the team’s 2019 regular season schedule. The Wings will seek a return to the post-season under the guidance of new head coach Brian Agler.

After an away match-up against the Atlanta Dream in May, Wings fans will get to cheer on the 2019 squad at home on Saturday, June 1 when the team hosts four-time WNBA Champions, the Minnesota Lynx. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. at College Park Center in Downtown Arlington.

The full 34-game regular season will run a total of 114 days, ending Sept. 8. The 17-home slate features nine games against Eastern Conference opponents and eight games against the Western Conference.

Highlights of the upcoming season include the Wings' annual camp day on July 9 where the team will host Candance Parker and the Los Angeles Sparks. Tip-off is set for noon. In June, the team will hold a three-home game stand starting on the 13th, when they host Indiana, followed by two more contests against Atlanta (June 15) and Phoenix (June 20). The Wings will be featured this season on ESPN2 on Aug. 22 when they travel north to face Maya Moore and the Minnesota Lynx.

On the road, the Wings will make two visits to Chicago, Connecticut, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Seattle. The Wings’ longest road stint of the season will occur in late August when they travel east to face Connecticut, followed by their final matchup of the season against Minnesota.
