Very Impressive Pass

Each evening of Ramblin’ Roads, which runs from October 1st through 3rd, our three large venues will transform the best seats in their houses into select spaces for Three Day VIP Pass holders. Additionally, we’re partnering with Black Box 215 to create a very special space for our VIPs to stop by any time, chill, enjoy a different sampling of food each night, and take in live streams of the evening’s small venue concerts.

Have you ever wondered what’s in that black building on Front Street in Downtown Arlington’s Urban Union? That’s a world-class video production studio! During Ramblin’ Roads, it will transform into our centrally-located VIP Lounge starting at 5:00pm every night of the Festival. Inside, Three Day VIP Pass holders will a different food each night catered by the Candlelight Inn, which promises to prepare some secret-menu surprises. In addition to the cash bar, VIPs can kick back and enjoy a live stream of performances taking place in our small venues throughout Downtown. The VIP Experience Concierge services will also be on-site to help you design your perfect Ramblin’ Roads itinerary. 

Levitt Pavilion Hospitality Center

If you haven’t been inside the beautiful new 2nd floor facility at the Levitt Pavilion, now’s your chance. With all the perks of a luxury suite, this  indoor space offers a picture-window view of the Levitt Pavilion stage. In addition to the premier view, you’ll enjoy mind-blowing charcuterie by Inspirations Catering and a cash bar. If you prefer a closer view of the performances, VIPs can also choose front-row seating at ground level for every performance.

You’re guaranteed a rockin’ good time at Texas Live! with your Three Day VIP Pass. This premier outdoor venue, located right next door to Globe Life Field (home of the Texas Rangers), is saving your VIP seat on the sought-after mezzanine level. Before and during the show, you’ll enjoy dedicated bar service as well as ballpark-inspired snacks. 

Arlington Music Hall
224 N. Center Street

We love the vintage vibe in Arlington Music Hall, and you’ll love the VIP pop-up receptions prior to each concert. AMH is also reserving front-row seating for all our Three Day VIP Pass holder. Arlington Music Hall is also the main Will Call for Ramblin’ Roads Music Festival.

Other Benefits of the VIP Pass 

While the list of benefits is long, we think another great perk of the Three Day VIP Pass is easy access. VIPs will enjoy reserved parking at the First United Methodist Church, which is on the north side of the Festival. If you don’t want to walk, our trolley service will pick you up, then circulate throughout the one-mile radius of Downtown. Watch for our buskers at all trolley stop locations!
