The 411 on 404

Once you see 404 Border, the latest residential project in downtown Arlington, you’ll be ready to turn in your current set of keys and move in. All in all, however, our favorite feature of 404 Border may be the Sky Box. A rooftop lounge, it’s the perfect place for residents to gather and relax. This “urban clubhouse” space comes complete with TVs and flexible seating with a spectacular view of downtown Arlington and AT&T Stadium.
