Take Out Tuesday Suggests: COFFEE + YOUR WAY

Take Out Tuesday is the perfect excuse to try that new place, to order that decadent entrée or dessert, or be reminded why you go back time and time again for that ah-maze-ing specialty of the house. Pair your take out with a lovely outdoor park, nook, or seating area in Downtown Arlington and you've instantly got yourself an urban picnic getaway.

In celebration of the unique flavors and green spaces found throughout Downtown Arlington, you’re invited to support local restaurants by ordering take out every Tuesday, especially now through June 1. This week, we suggest pairing coffee to go with a vibrant, interactive public art installation adjacent to the Downtown Library.

Coffee Talk

Check out these five-star Yelp ratings that perfectly describe our own experiences at our favorite Downtown gastronomical gems.

Inclusion Coffee
101 E Abram St. Suite 110

The most spacious coffee shop I have been to! Delicious coffee (they get their beans from Buon Giorno), really good in-house hand pies, and right in the middle of the new/fast growing Downtown Arlington. It's what we've been waiting for all these years! - Ai Vy N. on Yelp

Salter Bros. Coffee Roasters
400 E Division St. Suite 105

I absolutely loved this coffee shop. There is indoor and outdoor seating that I will take advantage of as the weather cools down. The coffee is AMAZING. I got the Wild West Latte which has chocolate, hazelnut, and espresso. I highly recommend it for those who like a sweet creamy drink with a caffeine kick! - Adiba O. on Yelp

Urban Alchemy
403 E Main St.

It was a breezy, cold rainy day in Arlington. So I decided to grab a warm drink. What better place to go to for coffee and drinks than Urban Alchemy? Where the environment are just as warm as the lattes! The staff is a friendly team of professionals. The entire place gives off cool hipster vibes! 10/10. - Vincent N. on Yelp

White Rhino
401 E. Border St.

Loved it! This was our first time here... we each had coffee and shared a slice of coffee cake. The coffee was hot and tasty. We had the coffee cake warmed and it too was excellent. The staff here is very friendly, and I love the fact that they give first responders in uniform free coffee. - Jim B. on Yelp

Public Art: "Your Way"

Your Way, a mirror labyrinth made of highly polished stainless steel and aluminum, was created by Danish artist Jeppe Hein. Hein’s work is collected worldwide and includes water fountains, pavilions, sculptural benches, and other mirror labyrinths.

The sculpture is located at City Center Plaza, which is between City Hall and the Downtown Library near the intersection of Center and Abram streets. Your Way was a generous gift to the City from the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Arlington Youth Foundation.
