Rev up for the 4th annual Downtown Arlington Classic Car Show – June 7!

Start your engines! The Downtown Arlington Classic Car Show is back and better than ever. Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., as more than 200 stunning classic cars roll into the heart of Downtown Arlington for an unforgettable day of chrome, culture, and community. 

This free, family-friendly event takes place at the Vandergriff Town Center (200 N Mesquite St.), set against the backdrop of the historic Vandergriff Building and hosted by the iconic Arlington Music Hall. Now in its fourth year, the Downtown Arlington Classic Car Show has become a beloved tradition, celebrating the craftsmanship and history behind iconic classic cars while bringing together car enthusiasts of all ages. 

From timeless classic cars to vintage hot rods and rare roadsters, the show offers a unique chance to step back in time and appreciate the artistry of auto through the decades. Whether you’re a gearhead, history buff, or just looking for a fun day out with the family, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. 

A Festival of Cars, Community, and Culture 

This isn’t just a car show—it’s a full-blown street festival! Wander through Downtown Arlington and enjoy live music, food vendors, family activities, and photo ops with cars you won’t see anywhere else. The event offers a laid-back, nostalgic vibe with plenty of space to stroll, admire and connect with fellow car lovers. 

Plus, downtown Arlington has much more for attendees to enjoy. Explore the Downtown Arlington Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Find local, delicious lunch or dinner spots to visit nearby. Attendees can find other downtown events to walk to after the car shows ends. 

If you or someone you know owns a classic car, registration is now open to enter the show. We invite all car enthusiasts to enter; however, vehicles manufactured after 1980 are not permitted.  

Vehicles that have been modified, other than new parts to keep the car running, are not permitted. Basic cosmetic changes, such as wheels, stereo, engine dress-up kits, etc., may be considered. Click the button to register your car today!

Multiple awards, including “Best Car” and “Mayor’s Choice,” will be presented at the end of the event beginning at 2:30 p.m.! Visitors will have the opportunity to admire these beautiful vehicles up close and vote for their favorite cars as part of the People's Choice Award.
