Get Ready for DreamFest 2024 this Weekend!

The Levitt Pavilion’s 17^th season is packed with amazing fan-favorite performers, local artists, and a wide variety of signature celebrations. Opening this 2024 Spring season this Friday and Saturday, April 26^th and 27^th, is the second annual DreamFest, a free block-party style festival featuring food trucks, vendors, live music, and kid-friendly games and activities.

This year’s festival begins on Friday, April 26^th at 7:30 p.m., headlined by DFW-based Motown band “Memphis Soul” at 8:30 p.m. Memphis Soul is a high-energy 8-piece group featuring a solid rhythm section, fiery horns, and male and female vocalists inspired by icons such as Earth, Wind and Fire, Otis Redding, Al Green, Sam Cooke, and Aretha Franklin. Friday’s concert opens at 7:30 p.m. with hip-hop artist Chef Dee, a professionally trained chef, rapper, and singer with a skill for uplifting people through all art forms.

Day 2 of DreamFest is Saturday, April 27^th starting at 5:00 p.m. and featuring a variety of music from indie to Latin to funk to country/folk! The four-act concerts include Dallas-based, independent artist Chloe Jobin at 5:00 p.m., “Pugh Funk,” a family-operated band dedicated to faith and funk, at 6:00 p.m., up-and-coming Latina singer-songwriter Marrissa Chibli at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday’s headliner, the original Tex-Mex Honky Tonk band “The Tejas Brothers” at 8:00 p.m.

Be sure to arrive early, not only to secure a spot close to the stage, but also to enjoy all the family-friendly activities available on the lawn. Make it an all-day outing and head to Downtown Arlington before the show to check out any of the bars, breweries, restaurants, and entertainment located within walking distance of the Levitt.

Know Before You Go

Seating is first-come, first-served. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets. Seating is also available on the low walls around the lawn. Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome, however, there will be a variety of local food trucks and vendors to choose from throughout the festival. Well-behaved four-legged friends on leashes are welcome. Please consider concert volume and your pet’s sensitive ears before bringing them to a show.
