Downtown Arlington Center Stage Music Festival!

One weekend. Eight venues. Twenty-five bands. Unlimited fun!

Whether you’re more apt to tap your toes or bust a move, get ready. This Memorial Day Weekend, Downtown Arlington is rocking the Lone Star State like no place else. 

In partnership with the Levitt Pavilion, Downtown Arlington Management Corporation presents the Downtown Arlington Center Stage Music Festival. The three-day concert marathon kicks off the Levitt Pavilion’s free summer concert season, and is headlined by Blood, Sweat and Tears with Bo Bice, The Polyphonic Spree and Bowling for Soup.

While this annual event has always featured great music at the Levitt, this year the rhythm is going to get you in seven other venues in Downtown Arlington. Mavericks Bar & Grill, J.R. Bentley’s, Grease Monkey Burger Shop and Social Club, J. Gilligan’s, Fuzzy's Taco Shop, Hooligan's Pub and Division Brewing are hosting a wide variety of artists throughout the weekend, including Radio Inside, Citizens of Baracho, The CBC Project, Roadside Prophets, Legacy 4, and Jeremy Norvelle from Chasing Rent.

As you kick off this three-day celebration of great music throughout Downtown Arlington, be sure to pick up your 2016 Center Stage Music Festival collector’s mug. This 24 oz. monster is only $10 and will get you $5 domestic beer fills and $3 sodas throughout the weekend. Pick up your mug at participating downtown locations while supplies last including Mavericks, Grease Monkey, J. Gilligan’s, Hooligans, Division Brewing, Fuzzy’s Tacos, J.R. Bentley’s, plus two Levitt locations: the Information Tent and J. Gilligan’s tent.

Magnate for Music

The Downtown Arlington Center Stage Music Festival is a highly visible (and auditory) reminder that while Downtown has been an epicenter for quality cultural activities, arts and entertainment for decades, in recent years the number and range of performances have grown exponentially.

“More than ever, Downtown Arlington is becoming a magnet for internationally known bands, Grammy-winning artists, local favorites and emerging talent,” said Tony Rutigliano, president and CEO of DAMC. “In this month alone, there are nearly 60 scheduled music and musical theatre performances in Downtown, including pop, jazz, classical, blues, folk, country, rock, and soul.
