Arlington Heroes Parade Returns to Downtown

While Veterans Day is Sunday, Nov. 11, Arlington residents are invited to an extended celebration of our community’s veterans. The series of events takes place between Nov. 3 and Nov. 14, 2018 and includes two activities in the heart of Downtown Arlington:

Texas Veteran Round Up

Saturday, November 3

The 3rd annual Texas Veteran Round Up will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3. Bring the whole family to enjoy food, music, art, games, and special presentations at the Charles Wade Building, located at 301 South Center St. in Downtown Arlington.

Arlington Heroes Parade

Saturday, November 10

Downtown Arlington serves as backdrop for the second annual Arlington Heroes Paradeheld in honor of Arlington’s veterans, active military members and first responders. 

The Arlington Heroes Parade is expected to feature floats, vintage cars, firefighters, police officers, veterans, active duty military members, and organizations focused on supporting military and first responders. The parade begins at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10 and will circle Downtown by first traveling east on South St., south on Mary St., then west along E. Border and north along Mesquite Streets. #AHP2018
