Move, sing, play, explore and relax with your little one during this Mommy & Me yoga class, presented by Arlington Yoga Center and the Arlington Museum of Art.
This class is intended for children from 12 months to 4 years old. Yoga for toddlers helps develop fine and gross motor skills, aids in socialization, and creates a parent and child connection.
Your yoga class registration includes an hour-long yoga class plus the cost of admission to see our 2022 Summer exhibition after the class is over.
- Class is from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Doors open at 10:45 am.
- Free parking is available along W. Main St. as well as 101 Center parking garage adjacent to the Downtown Library
- Bring your own mat and any props you like to use.
- Pre-registration is required. No walk-ins, please.
