Arlington Yoga Center is teaming up with the UTA Planetarium for a one-of-a-kind Cosmic Sound Bath! Imagine being wrapped in resonant vibrations while high-definition nebulae and swirling galaxies drift across the immersive dome above you.

Whether you want to be a Visual Voyager (eyes open to the stars) or an Internal Explorer (eyes closed in meditation), this seated experience is designed for total relaxation 🌌
