Immerse yourself in the history of the knight, brought to life by Medieval expert, Dr. Kelly DeVries.

Noted historian and TV personality, Dr. DeVries received his Ph.D. in Medieval Studies from the University of Toronto in 1987. He has continued to share his passion for history over the years, and currently teaches at Loyola University Maryland. In addition to teaching, Dr. Devries has written a manifold of works on Medieval topics, including the solo work Medieval Military Technology and his most recent collaborative piece, The Battle of Crecy: A Casebook.

Dr. DeVries has also been involved in a number of TV network series and is regularly featured on The History Channel. He has been involved on and off-camera on programs including Forged in Fire, The History Chicks, Mystery Files, Barbarians and Barbarians II, History vs. Hollywood, The Dark Ages, and the YouTube series, Medieval Warfare with Kelly DeVries and Michael Livingston.
