Details
Surround yourself in the world of Medieval and Renaissance knights at the Arlington Museum of Art!
Direct from the renowned Museo Stibbert in Florence, Italy, A Knight’s Tale features 130 rare objects including full suits of armor, mounted equestrian figures, helmets, swords, shields, and more. The exhibit explores historical and functional contexts of the arms and armor while also highlighting their undeniable beauty and craftsmanship. The lasting legacy of the iconic knight was clearly forged by the master metalworkers and artisans of the time.
Also presenting LJ Eidolon: Dreams, Allegory & Gestalt
The Arlington Museum of Art will also present a collection of works by LJ Eidolon as a contemporary complement to A Knight’s Tale. Digital artist LJ Eidolon’s unique flavor of surrealism is born from the mixing of various time periods, including those represented in A Knight’s Tale, while also being a reflection of the present times we live in.
