Volunteers have been hard at work, preparing the food for Thursday’s deliveries. But the work is far from over.
Mission Arlington needs 6,000 volunteers at its Downtown location (210 W. South Street) Thursday, Nov. 28 at 8 a.m. to deliver meals. The deliveries will be finished in time for volunteers to be home by noon.
Most deliveries will be in Arlington or Grand Prairie. Last year, Mission Arlington provided Thanksgiving for 25,684 people.
